  • Research interests include 24-hour intraocular pressure measurement and clinical device design

  • Works to influence diversity policy at UNC medical school by supporting and developing pipeline programs, serving on medical school admissions committee, working with the Faculty Diversity and Inclusion Council.    

Dolly Padovani-Claudio, MD, PhD
  • Pediatric Ophthalmology

  • Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences

  • Vanderbilt University Medical Center

  • Research interests include finding new treatments for angiogenic retinopathies, such as diabetic retinopathy and retinopathy of prematurity, understanding inflammation and vascular growth in the retina, and repurposing available drugs to treating these processes.

Basil K Williams, Jr, MD
  • Ocular Oncology

  • Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology, Director of Ocular Oncology

  • University of Cincinnati College of Medicine

  • Director of Retinoblastoma Program at the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital

  • Research interests pertain to adult and pediatric surface and intraocular tumors and vitreoretinal surgery.
